Ate here for the first time tonight.. was expecting average food. Was pleasantly surprised with how fresh it was, not too sweet or salty. 100% will call again

Love the chinese food here, compared to other places its cooked just right. Not so greasy and not too salty. Recommend the fried jackfish in XO maggie sauce with your rice dish or the peking duck. The service is generally always good when I eat here. The server is funny and is very friendly. Prices are fairly reasonable.

Nice place for some Chinese food with approachable service and good food.

Authentic and flavorful food. The quality can differ from day to day though. For example, vegetables can be crisp one day or either chewy/old the next day. Overall it is a very good restaurant to dive into cantonese cuisine. It's a small and quaint but delivers on what dining is typically like for chinese food. I'd recommend that people order from the traditional cantonese menu for an authentic taste because they have two menus (1 for cantonese, 1 for "american" chinese food).Service is average. No smiles or consistency at all. It's rather loud in the evening when the restaurant is full.

The food was amazing! But more importantly that staff is great. The owner very friendly and cares about the experience people have. I'll be ordering this again.

Came here for a wedding banquet (venue was rented out for the wedding party) , and service was very prompt and friendly. Staff cracked jokes and were in good mood all night. Food was very tasty and decent. Food presentation is not of a fancy restaurant, but this isn't a fancy restaurant. Overall no complaints, and will consider dining here again normally if in the area.

Solid service, friendly atmosphere, decent prices. Also new management is far superior now, disregard those 5 year old reviews.

Best Chinese resto in Calgary I have been to. My faves are eggplant with shrimp paste, mixed veggie with prawns, shrimp egg foo yung, and seafoods!

Most of the time the food is great, only had one bad experience here when I had it take out where the noodles tasted like nothing. Big quantity for little cost. The customer service is great. Love how it's open late and they offer everything when it's still late.

I love this place! It has great Chinese food and the waiter or waitress will let you sit where you want and come when your comfortable.

LOVE! This restaurant. I probably order way to often from here. My favourite dish is definitely the lobster cream sauce. The deap fried shrimp with sweet and sour sauce, beef with flat noodle, or black pepper beef are great as well. Honestly I've tried a lot of the dishes and everything I liked. Highly recommend :)

One of the best places in the NE. Peking duck was not great great but they give big portions.

Usually the food is good but nothing to write home about. It is clean and in our case the food came out fast. Nice staff.

I'm not sure what all the bad comments are about.I always go there when I have a big event that needs to be celebrated. The food is heavenly, but a bit on the pricey side. But I always get large portions, so I have to split the combo with someone else, or I take the food home. It's not your typical restaurant though, where you have to wait to be seated. You can sit where you want, and the waiter will come once you're comfortable.As far as my preferences go, I appreciate the fact that the waiters don't exactly wait on you the entire night, but come every so often to see if you need anything. I think it's fantastic over there!

I went for a b day dinner. We got to pick a live crab and get it cooked beautifully with onion and garlic. Super friendly restaurant and very accommodating to your allergies or needs of no spice. Thank you guys
